Thank you for taking the chance to call me here a little over two years ago. I had only been a worship leader and a youth leader before, and was pretty new at being a pastor. I appreciate you believing that God had called me.
Thank you for being generous from the very beginning. The way you all came out to help us unload the moving truck and get everything in the house was quite impressive, not to mention the way you had fixed up the house nicely before we ever set foot in it.
Thank you for continuing to take care of me and my family. We have never wanted for anything since coming to Cross Roads. The special gifts that many of you have given throughout the last couple years show an incredible spirit of generosity and service.
Thank you for loving my wife and my daughter. You have let Kim be herself as she explores her place in the church, without any pre-conceptions or expectations of her. You have cared for Grace as though she were in your own family.
I could certainly go on, but I’ll just say one more thank you: to God for his divine providence in drawing me to this place and for giving you the heart to serve me and others so well. I pray that God continues to provide and guide us in the coming years!
