Additionally, this church family has continued to be welcoming and generous to us between providing the parsonage and fixing things (like the dishwasher!) when they break. You all have given many gifts, whether they be material, monetary, or intangible, to make sure we feel welcome and taken care of, and many of these gifts have even been anonymous, showing the servant’s heart that is clearly present here.
Sure, we could all think of things we wish had gone differently in 2020, but the truth is that God has done some great things. I hope you will take the time to consider what He has done, and try to remember this as more than the year of the pandemic. Think specifically—what has God done for you this year? How have you seen His hand at work in your life?
