· Our weekly advent candle ceremony. It’s a small thing, but it’s a regular reminder of the many spiritual blessings God has given us through His son Jesus. Today, we celebrate His joy!
· Next Sunday night is our Christmas program. Most of you have seen this program before, but in case you haven’t, it is a joyful time. It’s not about putting on a show, it’s about getting everyone involved and celebrating Christ with our church family. I hope you will consider participating!
· On Wednesday, December 20, we’ll have our progressive supper. This is another time to recognize the many blessings God has put in our lives. There is much laughter and joy in the rooms as we share this meal together. Even if you’re not able to bring any food items or a white elephant gift, I hope you will come and be a part of it!
· On December 24, we’ll have a special worship service at 10:30 that will celebrate the coming of Christ. There will be no Sunday School or other activities that day. Hopefully that helps simplify your Christmas season!
What kind of things do you do with your family to help point your loved ones to Christ at Christmas? What can you do to help point others in our community to celebrate Him as well?
